The Nordic Smart City Network contributes to the advancement of Nordic-wide innovation and smart city solutions by aligning common activities, new technology, data and co-creation. The Nordic Smart Cities Network consists of cities including all Nordic capital cities and the 6 biggest cities of Finland. The Network includes Aarhus, København, Vejle, Lyngby, Syddjurs, Bergen, Trondheim, Oslo, Stavanger, Tromsø, Kristiansand, Reykjavik, Helsinki (represented by Forum Virium Helsinki), Tampere, Oulu, Espoo, Vantaa, Turku, Stockholm and Malmö.
